• No Access to Feeds: Steel City Surveillance does not have access to customer-purchased equipment or live camera feeds. We cannot view, record, or monitor your private video data.

• Troubleshooting: Access to customer equipment for troubleshooting purposes will only be granted if explicit written permission is received from the customer for that specific instance. Any such access will be temporary and used strictly for technical support.

5. Legal Disclaimer: Compliance with Surveillance Laws

• Liability: Steel City Surveillance, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any illegal use, unauthorized surveillance, or privacy violations committed by the user.
